No Responsibility: We are not responsible for the Third-Party Content. We do not endorse, guarantee the quality of, or assume any liability for the content, legality, accuracy, or availability of any stream.
Copyright and Licensing: All copyrights and licensing for the content broadcasted by the stations are the sole responsibility of the respective station owners. Radio Tune Hub does not claim any ownership or rights over the Third-Party Content.
"As-Is" Basis: All streams and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that any station will be available 24/7 or that streams will be free of interruption.
Our Site allows you to submit a radio station to our directory. By submitting a station ("User Submission"), you agree to the following:
You Grant Us a License: You grant Radio Tune Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Submission (including the station name, logo, and stream URL) on our Site and related promotional materials.
You Have the Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the station and to grant us the license described above.
Our Right to Reject/Remove: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept, reject, modify, or remove any User Submission at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Excluding Third-Party Content and User Submissions, the Site itself—including its original content, text, graphics, logos, visual design, and software ("Site Content")—is the exclusive property of Radio Tune Hub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or other Site Content without our prior written permission.
As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Scrape, data-mine, or use any automated means to collect information from the Site.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Site's software.

Your use of the Site is at your sole.
